How to place an order on Kilimall Kenya?





Kilimall is an exclusive online shopping mall in Kenya, which offerng various products and delivery the order accross the country. Before you place an order please register and create an account on Kilimall at first. 

How to Place order on Mobile ?
1. Select the product you like to purchase on www.kilimall.co.ke

2. Click the "BUY NOW" tab ( If you have no intention of adding any other items) 
or Click "ADD TO CART" tab (If you want to shop for more  itmes)

3. Click " MY CART" ( cart icon) - Select proceed to "CHECK OUT".

4. On my cart- Click"NEXT Plsease fill in your details" after confirming the products  highlighter=>> Under Please fill in your details -Click On "SUBMIT ORDER".

5. Click"PAY NOW" -You will get a congratulatory message for an order successfully paid.
Note: Kilimall only support prepay online. When you using mobile placing an order under Online payment, you will be provided by an option of redeem partially amount cash rewards. 

How to place order on PC? 

1. Visit www.kilimall.co.ke and login

2. Search the product you want to buy by either searching, or directly visiting the category.

3.  Click the "BUY NOW" tab ( If you have no intention of adding any other items) 
or Click "ADD TO CART" tab (If you want to shop for more  items)


4.  Click"VIEW CART" after confirming the products  highlighter=>> " CHECK OUT "=>>Under Please fill in your details with deliver address & phone number-Click On "SUBMIT ORDER".

5. Click"PAY NOW" and follow the paymment instructions -You will get a congratulatory message for an order successfully paid. 

Here is what you need to check:

1. The Delivery Models:
  • Shipped by Kilimall ( an orange flash Icon, 1~3 working days) 
  • Shipped by Local Sellers( a green tear Icon, 3~5 working days)
  • Global Shopping from Overseas( a purple aeroplane icon,15~25 Days) 
2. How to check order status?
  • PC: Login using your username and passowrd, After Logging in, click Account then Orders, you wil be in a position to see all your order status.
  • Mobile: Login in Kilimall APP or Kilimall.co.ke site, click figure Icon then my Orders & More, you will be in a position to see all your order status.  
3. How to cancel an order? 
  • You can go "My account" to cancel it directly at "My order" =>>click particular order under order details click on"Cancel
  • If it cannot be canceled please contact the customer service for help.
4. How to do if you have the problem with order?
  • Login Kilimall APP, please click the message Icon to contact customer service.
  • Live Chat with customer service on PC 
  • Send email to cc@kilimall.com
